We are committed to providing high-quality services, courses, and resources to our clients. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services or courses once purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Delivery Policy

After investing in any service, you will automatically receive an email with the next steps. Service starts immediately after subscribing.

Cancellation Policy

There are no contracts with 6 Figure Storyteller, LLC. All services are either a one-time investment (like a course, 1:1 session, etc.) or a monthly automatically recurring investment (like a membership). If you sign up for a product with a payment plan (i.e., rather than paying in full for a resource you chose to do a 4-month payment plan), those payments cannot be canceled and are automatically charged each month. If these payments stop or fail, access to the course/resource you purchased will be removed until payments are complete.

For a monthly membership product — not a payment plan — you are not locked in and may cancel at any time.

All payments for any course (virtual or in person) are final.
