LFF Refund Policy

Thanks for subscribing to the Legendary Fiction Forge (LFF) membership at https://legendary-fiction-forge.mn.co/, operated by Liesel K. Hill.

First Tier Membership:

LFF is a monthly membership, in which the purchaser pays a low monthly fee to receive ongoing access to hundreds or thousands of dollars’ worth of digital products, including but not limited to training videos, checklists and templates, a proprietary community of authors, live Q&As, and group coaching calls.

There is no contract for the membership and purchasers can cancel at any time. Cancellation must happen at least 24 hours before the next month’s charge to guarantee the charge will not go through. Cancellation well before the charge simply means that the charge will not occur again, but that the purchaser will retain their access to the membership materials until the end of the pay period.

Due to the nature of digital products, and the recurring nature of a monthly membership, we will not process refunds once a charge has gone through. The purchaser can cancel their subscription so they won’t be charged again and will retain their access through the end of the pay period, but we will not refund previous charges under any circumstances.

Second Tier membership:

The second tier membership of LFF contains all the same things as the first tier, but additionally includes two 1:1 coaching calls. These calls are use-them-or-lose-them each month. They do not roll over and they cannot be refunded. If a purchaser schedules a call and does not show up, they are not guaranteed to be given another chance for that call. They can reschedule up until the time of the call. If they miss a call without notice or rescheduling beforehand, they can petition for another chance at the call, but it is not guaranteed if the monthly schedule is already full.
