Why is getting your villain right important?
Getting the villain or antagonist right in your story is paramount. He/she/it must be detailed, three-dimensional, and well-thought-out. Many people don’t realize just how important this is.
It’s easy to focus on your hero or heroine and leave the villain as an afterthought, but that is a HUGE mistake.
